Masters Athletics 2022


I have been through a period of very bad health, unfortunately. Nothing directly to do with Covid, but it hasn't helped matters, either.

I really do hope to get out and photograph some more events this year, although the chances of me competing at any of them are currently slim. But I'm not finished yet!

British Masters Athletics Pentathlons, 10k races etc, Oxford

There are photos here of most of the athletes in the men's and women's pentathlons and 10,000 metres events (runs and walks). I did not set out to photograph the throws pentathlon that took place on the same day, both because there was a limit to the number of events I could cover single-handed, and because safety restrictions prevented proper photographic access to the heavy throws.

There are 211 photos in this collection. I did not have the energy to subdivide them into individual events.
